Leading by Example
As part of our pledge, we closely monitor the situation in Israel and around the world and strictly adhere to the guidelines of the Israel Ministries of Health and Tourism. We are up to date on rules and policies in order to provide for the health and safety of our visitors and staff.
Information and Insight
Our TRAVEX staff, guides and drivers will each be trained and briefed in all hygiene practices and routines, strictly adhering to all government guidelines to ensure a healthy environment.
Socially Connecting While Physically Distancing
We understand that part of the fun of travel is meeting new people and having new experiences. We will ensure that this is accomplished while maintaining safe distances, reducing group size and using wireless listening technology as needed.
Comfort and Care
Each of our guests will be supplied with a personal TRAVEX Comfort & Care kit including, among other items, hand-sanitizer, disposable face masks and fresh wipes for individual use.
Keeping it Clean
We are obliging our in-land partners to implement enhanced safety and hygiene measures. Our hotels are adopting stringent policies of cleanliness and physical distancing for guests and staff. Our touring vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected regularly; hand sanitizer and wipes will be readily available on board.
Exploring Safely
We are eager to share with you everything that Israel has to offer, and we want you to feel safe being here. Avoid lines and unnecessary waiting time at Ben Gurion Airport with our fast track VIP service upon arrival and departure. Take advantage of our Instant Check-in at hotels. We will implement all protocols for visiting sites and attractions, including advanced bookings, expedited entry and regular safety checks by our staff.

As the world around us continues to change, we understand the importance of flexibility, both in the planning phase and while touring in-country. For all of our new requests and bookings, we continue to offer our most flexible deposit, cancellation and refund policies relating to COVID-19. Our TRAVEX team is committed to keeping you advised of any changes on the ground and to accommodating requests for adjustments to your touring programs that might be necessary – with no change fees.
